A new culinary chapter opens in Saint-Martin

Continuing its commitment to gastronomic excellence, the Community of Saint-Martin is joining forces with our Association to highlight local catering, through the establishment of an exclusive title, created especially for our « Chef Restaurateur » territory.

This new title is tailor-made to celebrate and highlight gastronomy professionals. The origin of this initiative goes back to our mission, which consists of revitalizing the local culinary panorama while playing an active role in the tourist development of our territory.

The title of Chef Restaurateur and the actions that accompany it demonstrate the joint commitment of the Community and our association to anchor Saint-Martin as an exceptional gastronomic destination.
