The came across the 4th edition of the Saint-Martin Gastronomy Festival, an unmissable event organized by the island’s Tourist Office which once again highlighted culinary excellence and the art of living of our island.
For several days, food lovers and enthusiasts gathered to celebrate the diversity of local and international flavors. This edition was a real success, and the Saint-Martin Restaurant Association would like to warmly congratulate all the participants and the winners of the various competitions, with a special thought to those who are part of our association.
Indeed, our members have won places of honor in several prestigious categories :
Mixology competition
3rd place for Calmos Café, located on Boulevard Grand-Case.
Congratulations to the Calmos Café team for being able to captivate palates and demonstrate their mastery in the art of cocktails! Their creativity and expertise were praised by the jury.
Beach Stars
Aloha Beach and Le Balaou.
Congratulations to the Aloha Beach and Balaou teams, who made an impression in this category dedicated to beach establishments. Their impeccable service, combined with dishes that invite you to escape, won over the guest Chefs.
Gourmet Stars
A well-deserved honor for Le Cottage, recognized for its gastronomic finesse and its ability to enhance local products. A gourmet star that shines on Grand Case!
City Stars
L’Atelier, located in the heart of our island, has once again demonstrated its talent and originality by winning this title. A big congratulations to their dynamic and passionate team!
Audience award
La Terrasse Rooftop, in the top three for three years.
As the festival draws to a close, we are already looking to the future. Next year’s edition promises to be even more grandiose and unifying. In the meantime, the Saint-Martin Restaurant Association remains mobilized to promote our establishments and the culinary richness of our island throughout the year.
